Suspension Strap Neutral Row

Setup
Stand facing the straps holding the handles in a neutral grip (thumbs up) with arms extended straight in front of chest. Lean back on your heels until straps are tight, keeping shoulders, hips and knees in a straight line.
Movement Instructions
Bend your elbows and raise your body up towards your hands until they are in front of your shoulders, then lower your body back to the starting position, keeping it in a straight line throughout (shoulders, hips and knees in line). Repeat.
Comments
Extend the straps and lean further backward to make the exercise more difficult.
