Suspension Strap Chest Press

Setup
Stand holding the strap handles with an overhand grip in front of your shoulders with arm straight and thumbs turned in, leaning forward with shoulders, hips and knees in a straight line. The straps should be overtop of your shoulders.
Movement Instructions
Bend your elbows and lower your chest to your hands, then press against the handles to straighten your arms and raise your body to the starting position. Keep your body straight through the movement and do not bend at the hips to help. Repeat.
Comments
Extend the straps and lean further forward to make the exercise more difficult.
