Setup

Lie prone on mat with arms extended straight overhead.

Movement Instructions

Raise both legs, knees straight, a couple inches off the ground, while raising both arms, elbows fully extended with hands a couple inches off the ground. Hold for 2 count, then return foot and arm to the mat. Raise other leg and opposite arm, hold, then return. Repeat.

Comments

Use all rear muscles including upper and lower back, glutes and hamstrings.
