Standing Split One Arm Cable Row

Setup
Standing in a split stance and facing a cable pulley at mid height, grab the handle with an overhand grip. Take a step back until your arm is out straight in front and there is tension on the cable.
Movement Instructions
Pull the handle in towards you by first pulling the shoulder back, then bending the elbow to drive it back behind you and pull the handle to in front of your chest (keeping elbow close to your side). Return handle to the starting position then repeat, then switch arms and repeat exercise on the other side.
Comments
Do not bend or rotate your body to help the exercise. Wrist can either stay neutral throughout (palm facing in) or can rotate from overhand to neutral (palm down to palm in).
