Standing One Arm Cable Lateral Raise

Setup
Stand facing perpendicular from a cable pulley placed at low height with with the pulley beside your feet. Grab the cable handle with the arm away from the pulley with an overhand grip with your hand at your side, arm straight and palm facing towards your body.
Movement Instructions
Keeping elbow slightly bent, raise arm to side away from low pulley until elbow is shoulder height. Lower and repeat. Repeat exercise with other arm.
Comments
Do not bounce or lean body to help movement. Maintain fixed elbow position throughout exercise, do not bend elbow more to help the movement.
