Standing One Arm Cable Front Raise

Setup
Stand facing square away from a cable pulley placed at low height with with the pulley behind one shoulder. Grab the cable handle with an overhand grip with your hand at your side, arm straight and palm facing back towards the pulley.
Movement Instructions
Raise handle forward and upward until upper arm is just above horizontal keeping the elbow straight or slightly bent. Lower and repeat. Repeat with opposite arm.
Comments
Do not lean back, rock, bend knees or bend elbows more to help movement. For some, range of motion may be at or below horizontal.
