Standing One Arm Cable Chest Press

Setup
Stand facing square away from a cable pulley placed at mid height with with the pulley behind one shoulder. Grab the cable handle with an overhand grip and bring your hand up in front of your shoulder.
Movement Instructions
Press handle forward extending shoulder and elbow to straighten arm. Return handle to original position until slight stretch is felt in chest or shoulders. Repeat then switch hands and repeat exercise on the other side.
Comments
Handle should follow slight arc ending in front of the center of the chest in the extended position. Keep hips and shoulders facing squarely away from the cable.
