Standing Low Cable Rope Bicep Curl

Setup
Grasp cable rope with palms facing inward. Stand upright with arms straight down to sides with back straight and shoulders back.
Movement Instructions
Keeping elbows at your side, raise rope forward and upward bending at the elbow with both arms until forearms are vertical. Lower until arms are fully extended. Repeat.
Comments
Do not lean further back, swing or bend leg to help with momentum. Try to keep elbows locked at the side except a slight movement at the top of the exercise.
