Standing High Cable Rope Tricep Extension

Setup
Stand facing pulley and grasp rope cable handle attachment with both hands with an overhand grip, elbows bent at side.
Movement Instructions
Extend lower arms down while keeping elbows at sides and upper arms in the same position until arms are straight. Return until forearms are vertical. Repeat.
Comments
Try to keep upper arms in the same position throughout movement, elbows can move a little through range of motion, but do not swing uppers arm to help movement. Keep upright throughout exercise, do not bend at hips or knees, or lean forward to help movement. Control weight on the way back up.
