Stand holding dumbbells to sides.

Movement Instructions

Elevate shoulders as high as possible. Lower and repeat.

Comments

Keep hips and knees straight throughout movement, do not bend or bounce at the bottom of the movement ot help with momentum. Keep arms straight throughout movement, do not bend elbows to help at the top of movement.
