Standing Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension
Setup
Standing with feet shoulder width apart, position dumbbell overhead with arm straight up or slightly back.
Movement Instructions
Lower dumbbell behind neck or shoulder while maintaining upper arm's vertical position throughout exercise. Extend arm until straight. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite arm.
Comments
Keep elbow in the same place throughout the movement, do not let it flex outwards to help movement.
