Standing Dumbbell Hammer Curls

Setup
Stand feet shoulder width with arms hanging down straight, position two dumbbells with palms facing inward.
Movement Instructions
With elbows back to sides, raise dumbbells until forearms are vertical and thumbs face shoulder. Lower to original position and repeat. Keep elbows at sides.
Comments
When elbow is fully flexed, it can travel forward slightly allowing forearms to be no more than vertical, but do not move upper arm to help movement with momentum.
