Standing Dumbbell Front Shoulder Raise
Setup
Grasp dumbbells in both hands. Position dumbbells in front of upper legs with elbows straight or slightly bent.
Movement Instructions
Raise dumbbells forward and upward with until upper arms are just above horizontal, keeping arms extended and elbows slightly bent. Lower and repeat.
Comments
Do not lean back, rock, bend knees or bend elbows more to help movement. For some, range of motion may be at or below horizontal.
