Standing Cable Trunk Rotations

Setup
Standing perpendicular to a mid cable pulley, hold the handle with both hands in front, arms straight, then rotate at the hips to face the pulley. Take a small step away from the pulley so that there is tension on the cable with feet still perpendicular and torso facing the pulley, arms straight out front holding the handle.
Movement Instructions
Pull the handle in front and across your torso, twisting at the waist and keeping your arms straight, finishing facing the opposite direction to the pulley. Slowly return the handle to the starting position without letting the weight stack touch and repeat the exercise, then switch sides and complete the exercise on the other side.
Comments
Do not bend your knees or hips to help the movement. Focus on keeping arms straight and a triangle between your two arms and your chest in order to keep the movement focused on your oblique (core).
