Standing Cable Rope Facepulls

Setup

Stand facing square to a high cable pulley holding a rope attachment in both hands with an overhand grip on the ends. Take a step back until there is tension on the cable with both arms straight out in front.

Movement Instructions

Pull the rope in towards your face by bending elbows and wrists to pull hands to either side of your face. Return to starting position without letting the weight stack down and repeat.

Comments

Do not bend or lean back in order to help movement.
