Standing Cable Pallof Press

Setup

Grasp a cable handle set at chest height. Face perpendicular the the cable. Stand one stride length behind the cable column.

Movement Instructions

Begin with the cable handle in the center of your chest. Press the handle to arms length and hold for the recommended duration. Return the handle to your chest and repeat.

Comments

Do not let cable column twist you. Maintain an erect, tall posture throughout.
