Sled Push
Setup
Stand behind the sled with one foot in front of the other and your hands at the top of the handles and lean at a 45 degree angle so hands are at shoulders.
Movement Instructions
Step forward pushing the sled ahead of you and continue to push the sled forward while you take large steps for the distance or amount of steps prescribed.
Comments
Keep your back straight throughout the exercise, do not bend your back or arms to help.
