Sled Pull

Sled Pull

Setup

Stand in front of the sled holding the straps at waist height in a half squat position. Bend your arms and pull the straps tight, bringing elbows to your sides.

Movement Instructions

Keeping your back straight, take small steps backwards one foot at a time dragging the sled with you until the prescribed distance is covered or reps prescribed.

Comments

Keep your back straight and arms bent at the same angle throughout the movement, doing the work with your legs.
