Sitting V-Ups

Setup

Lie on your back back and raise feet and shoulders off the ground, with arms raised straight out front for balance.

Movement Instructions

Bend knees and bring them in towards upper body while raising the chest bending at the waist and bring it to meet the knees at the midline. Return to starting position without letting feet or shoulders touch the ground and repeat.

Comments

Use your arms for balance and do not swing for momentum.
