Side Hold on Hand

Setup

Lie on your side with feet stacked on top of each other and hand under the shoulder with elbow bent.

Movement Instructions

Raise body up off the ground by pushing up and straightening the elbow, resting on the hand directly below the shoulder and the edge of the lower foot, while keeping a straight line between ankle, knee, hip and shoulder. Hold.

Keep entire body vertical with upper leg resting directly on top of lower leg.
