Side Hold on Elbow

Setup

Lay on you side with the legs straight. Place your elbow directly under your shoulder. The top foot in front of the bottom foot.

Movement Instructions

Lift your hips until your body makes a straight line. Press yourself as far from the floor as possible. Hold for the prescribed time.

Comments

The spine should stay in a neutral position. Careful not to over-extend the lower back.
