Side Hold on Elbow and Knees

Setup

Lie on your side with knees bent and legs stacked on top of each other, with elbow under shoulder and forearm perpendicular on the ground.

Movement Instructions

Raise body up off the ground resting on the knee of the lower leg and the elbow directly below the shoulder, keeping a straight line between knee, hip and shoulder. Hold.

Comments

Keep entire body vertical with upper leg resting directly on top of lower leg.
