Seated EZ Bar Reverse Preacher Curl

Setup
Sit on preacher bench placing back of upper arms on the pad and grasp the EZ curl bar with shoulder width overhand grip.
Movement Instructions
Bend elbows to raise the bar until forearms are vertical. Lower bar until arms are fully extended. Repeat.
Comments
Adjust the seat so armpits are resting at the top of the pad and keep upper arms in same position against pad throughout movement. Do not rock backwards or move body at all to help with movement.
