Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Setup

Sitting on an upright bench, position dumbbells to in front at each side of shoulders with elbows below wrists and palms facing forward.

Movement Instructions

Press dumbbells upward until arms are extended overhead. Lower to sides of shoulders and repeat.

Comments

Keep torso upright throughout movement and do not lean back to help. Make sure to come back down to at least chin level at the bottom of the movement.
