Seated Dumbbell Bicep Curls

Setup

Sit on an upright bench. With arms hanging down straight, position two dumbbells with palms facing forward.

Movement Instructions

With elbows back to sides, raise dumbbells until forearms are vertical and palm faces shoulder. Lower to original position and repeat.

Comments

Keep upper arms in the same place throughout movement and do not swing to help with momentum.
