Seated Dumbbell Arnold Shoulder Press
Setup
Sitting on an upright bench, hold dumbells in front of chest with palms facing in.
Movement Instructions
Extend shoulds and elbows to raise dumbells overhead, rotating the weights so palms are facing forward when arms are extended above. Lower, rotating to starting position and repeat.
Comments
Movement should be performed in one fluid motion rotating throughout the overhead press.
