Seated Barbell Military Press
Setup
Sit on bench with bar positioned in front of shoulders, grasping bar with a wide overhand grip.
Movement Instructions
Press bar upward until arms are extended overhead with elbows straight. Lower bar to top pf the chest and repeat.
Comments
Pull head back slightly so bar does not hit head.
