Roman Chair Knee Raise
Setup
Step up onto the roman chair and place elbows on the pads right at your sides, while holding the handles. Step off the platforms and press your back against the pad or bosu holding your bodyweight on your elbows and forearms with your body straight.
Movement Instructions
Bend your knees and raise them up in front until they are parallel to your hips, hold for one second, then slowly lower them back down to the starting position. Repeat.
Comments
Control your legs throughout the movement, do not bounce at the bottom of the movement, or lean forward or backward to help the movement.
