Pec Deck Rear Delt Fly

Setup

Adjust the seat height and arms so that the handles are straight out in front of your shoulders while sitting facing the machine, and grasp the inner handles (parallel to the ground) with thumbs facing in. See the machine's instructions on how to adjust the seat and arms to the proper position.

Movement Instructions

Pull the handles out and away from the body until arms are out to the sides perpendicular to the shoulders while keeping arms straight with a slight bend in the elbow. Slowly let the handles back to the starting position without letting the weight stack down and repeat.

Comments

Keep the same bend in the elbows throughout the movement, focusing on driving the elbows back as far as possible. Keep chest pressed against the pad throughout movement and do not lean backwards to help.
