Pec Deck Chest Fly

Setup

Adjust the seat height and arms so that the handles are straight out from your shoulders while sitting facing away from the machine, and grasp the handles with thumbs up. See the machine's instructions on how to adjust the seat and arms to the proper position.

Movement Instructions

Pull the handles in together in front of your chest while keeping arms straight with a slight bend at the elbow. Slowly let the handles back to the starting position with arms out straight to the sides without letting the weight stack down and repeat.

Comments

Keep the same bend in the elbows throughout the movement making more of a hugging motion rather than bending or extending elbows to help. Keep back pressed against the pad throughout movement and do not lean forward to help.
