Overhead Tricep Stretch

Setup

Sit or stand with your back straight, head facing forward and arms at your sides.

Movement Instructions

Raise one arm straight overhead then bend the elbow and reach the hand down to the back of the shoulder. Take the opposite hand and place it on the elbow of the overhead arm and push it back, stretching the tricep. Hold, then switch arms and repeat.

Comments

Keep your hand of the stretching arm reaching towards the back of your shoulder and do not let it 'drift' to your mid-back.
