One Leg in front Hamstring stretch
Setup
Stand with your back straight, head facing forward and arms at your sides.
Movement Instructions
Place one foot 8-12 inches in front resting on the heel with the toes in the air, then bend at the waist and lower the torso towards the extended leg. Bring the chest as close to the leg out in front without bending the knee and hold the position. Switch legs and repeat.
