Low Back Extension

Setup

Adjust the pad level so that when your feet are on the platform the top of the pad is at your hips. Step into the equipment facing down and leaning forward so that feet are on the platform and hips and thighs are leaning against the pad. See machine instructions for how to adjust the pad to the proper position.

Movement Instructions

Bend at the hips to slowly lower your upper body forward and down as far as you can, then raise your upper body by extending your spine and leaning back as far as you can. Repeat.
