Laying Leg Raise

Setup

Lie on your back with legs straight and raised just off the ground with arms at your sides.

Movement Instructions

Raise legs keeping knees straight until they are straight overtop of your hips, then lower legs back to starting position, keeping them straight and off the ground. Repeat.

Comments

Try to keep legs off the ground throughout the exercise, but if needed just touch feet down in between reps. Use arms to support side to side but do not push with the arms to help momentum.
