Setup

Lie on your back with legs straight on the ground and arms at your sides.

Movement Instructions

Bend one leg and bring your knee into your chest, grasping the front of the knee with both hands interlaced. Pull on the knee to bring it into the chest and exaggerate the stretch. Hold, then switch legs and repeat.
