Laying Dumbbell Chest Pullover

Setup
Lie supine on a bench grasping one dumbbell on top of chest with both hands together under inner plate of dumbbell. Raise dumbbell over chest by extending arms with elbows slightly bent.
Movement Instructions
Lower dumbbell down over and beyond head until upper arms are in-line with torso, keeping elbows slightly bent throughout movement. Pull dumbbell up and over chest to starting position. Repeat.
Comments
Keep legs wide to stay balanced and counter-weight as dumbbell travels overhead. Keep hips against the bench, do not raise hips or bend knees to help movement.
