Kettlebell Swing

Setup

Stand with your feet wider than shoulder width, toes slightly pointed out and knees bent, holding a kettlebell with both hands hang straight down in between your legs.

Movement Instructions

Swing the kettlebell up by straightening your knees and hips to start the swing, then using your arms to swing the kettlebell up in front of your face. Let the kettlebell swing back down to the starting position then swing again.

Comments

Use your lower body to swing the kettlebell with your arms guiding. This exercise is done using momentum, so use your whole body to perform the swing.
