Jumping Jacks

Setup

Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.

Movement Instructions

Jump in the air and spread your legs out to the sides while raising your arms up and out overhead, keeping both knees and elbows straight, to make a 'star' with your body. As soon as you land with feet spread wide, jump back up in the air immediately and bring legs back together and arms back down to your sides in the starting position. Repeat.
