Setup

Lie supine with heels of the feet on gound and toes up, with knees bent.

Movement Instructions

Place arms at sides to support, then raise hips up making a straight line between shoulders, hips and knees. Hold position.

Comments

Keep a straight line between shoulder, hip and knee. Use arms to stabilize side to side but try not to put much weight on them.
