Front Hold on Hands Knee to Chest

Setup
Lie prone on mat. Place hands on mat under shoulders and legs together with forefeet on floor.
Movement Instructions
Raise body upward by straightening arms keeping body in straight line (between ankles, knees, hips and shoulders). Arms should be fully extended with hands directly under shoulders. Bend one knee, raising it forward to the chest, then return foot back to floor and plank position. Bring other knee into chest, then return. Repeat.
Comments
Keep hips level throughout hold, do not rotate to help.
