Front Hold on Elbows

Setup

Lie prone on mat with forearms on mat, elbows under shoulders. Place legs shoulder width apart with forefeet on floor.

Movement Instructions

Raise body upward on elbows keep body in a straight line between shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. Hold position.

Comments

Keep the straight line in the body throughout, do not let hips raise or dip.
