Front Hold on Elbows and Knees

Setup
Lie prone on mat. Place forearms on mat, elbows under shoulders. Place legs together with knees on floor and feet in the air.
Movement Instructions
Raise body upward by straightening body in straight line between knees, hips and shoulders. Hold position.
Comments
Muscles are exercised isometrically. Easier Movement can be made easier angling body up on elevated platform or bench.
