Front and Back Leg Swings

Setup
Stand beside a wall with the arm closest up on the wall holding for balance and the foot closest to the wall off the ground.
Movement Instructions
Swing the leg closest to the wall straight back leading with the heel but keeping the hip, knee and ankle in a straight line without rotating hips until fully extended (stretching hip in the front). Then swing the leg forward as far up in front as possible while keeping the hip, knee and ankle in a straight line (stretching hamstring). Repeat getting larger with each swing.
Comments
Try to keep the leg traveling in a straight line and do not rotate the hips for maximum stretch.
