Setup

Position yourself lying down, facing the floor. Position the roller under the front of of the chest on one side. Support your bodyweight on the opposite knee and forearm.

Movement Instructions

Slowly move the roller across the chest and shoulder. Pause at any significant trigger points or particularly sensitive points. Breath deeply for multiple breaths until you feel the muscle relax. Continue and repeat this process at each trigger point.
