Exercise Ball Hip Bridge + Dips
Setup
Lie supine with soles of the feet on the exercise ball, knees bent and hips straight. Place arms at sides to support.
Movement Instructions
Bend hips and lower towards the ground without touching. Extend hips to bring them up and back in line with knees and shoulders. Repeat.
Comments
Keep a straight line between shoulders, hips and knees at top of movement.
