Dumbbell Tricep Kickback
Setup
Kneel on a bench with same arm supporting body and other leg out wide to the side in support, grasping a dumbbell with the other hand. Position upper arm with the dumbbell parallel to the floor with elbow bent.
Movement Instructions
Straighten elbow and extend arm until it is straight, keeping the upper arm in the same position against the side. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite arm.
Comments
Do not swing the dumbbell or extend the upper arm to help the movement.
