Dumbbell Sumo Squat

Setup
Stand in a wide stance with feet slightly turned out holding dumbell(s) by the top plate directly beneath waist.
Movement Instructions
Bend at knees and hips to descend dumbell(s) straight down while keeping back straight and shoulders back. Descend until thighs are paralell to the floor, then extend knees and hips until back to starting position. Repeat.
Comments
Make sure to keep shoulders back and do not let shoulders or lower back round. Dumbell should travel straight up and down and not drift forward at all. Keep knees from passing over toes.
