Dumbbell Chest Flys

Setup
Sit on a bench grasping two dumbbells. Lie back supine on the bench and kick dumbbells up in front of chest with arms extended, fixed in slightly a bent position and palms facing each other, dumbbells together.
Movement Instructions
Lower dumbbells to sides until chest muscles are stretched keeping elbows fixed in a slightly bent position. Bring dumbbells together in hugging motion, keeping arms extended and slightly bent, until dumbbells are nearly touching together. Repeat.
Comments
Keep shoulders internally rotated so elbows point downward at bottom position and outward at top position.Do not bend elbows more at the bottom to help the movement.
