Setup

Kneel on the ground/mat with arms at the sides.

Movement Instructions

Sit back on your heels while leaning your torso and head forward and reaching your arms out in front. Extend the stretch by sitting back and reaching arms out as far in front as possible to elongate the torso. Hold.
