Setup

Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.

Movement Instructions

Bend over to put your hands on the ground while simultaneously jumping your legs backwards feet landing behind and body ending up in a pushup position. As soon as you land in the pushup position, jump your feet back by your hands in a bent over position, then stand up and jump in the air reaching arms overhand. Land and repeat as wuickly as possible.
